Elena is local to the area, lives and works here in Los Osos. She is an advocate for the local community, sharing and promoting love and compassion for the citizens of our town. Through art, culture and inclusion she emanates the spirit of this beautiful family oriented, creative town that’s nestled between the bay and the deep beauty of Montana de Oro. I think it would be an honor for us to honor her for her, continued support and energy that she shares here in our community.

Elena is John Ramos' daughter. She runs the family casaramos gallery in los osos.
She has been a big part of our community for 43 years. She has given her time and energy to the chamber of commerce. She has helped fundraiser for the kindness coalition. She supports and helps here community whenever she can. She even finds new artists and promotes their work in her gallery. I know at least 5 she has promoted with great success. She wants to furture art with children in our community too. She does all this and cares for her parents and has a wonderful family. She is a good person and has a kind heart. She has a photography business too. She takes professional photos for the high school kids and anyone who engages her photograhy.

Elena works very hard everyday at helping others.
She has lived in los osos for many years. She went to mission prep school.
She runs her dad's art gallery in los osos, the casaramos gallery.
She helps do fundraisers for kindness coalition of morro bay. She supports local artist in her gallery and inspires people to enjoy art and feel good about life. She has her own photography business where she highlights high-school and college graduations as well as family photo shoots. She is a breath of fresh air with her smile and optimism. She also helps care for her parents and includes her husband and children in her running of the gallery. Shes a delight!

Elena Ramos Peffly has an artist in her gallery named Mike Golling who was an unknown and now after 5 months is at top seller. He is bringing people from as far away as Utah to see his work. He even drove the art she purchased to her home in Utah.
She promotes her famous father's work, john Ramos, who is bringing collectors to los osos to purchase his art. 50 year celebration just happened, so wonderful! Our town is very lucky she opened her gallery here after being in morro bay for years. Its just what our town needs. We have so many artists here! Im so delighted to nominate her.
She is a member of the chamber. She would like to have a program for young artist from the schools to encourage their abilities. She also cares deeply for people in need and helps with organizations to feed people.⭐️😊
